Want to heal your relationship to your body?

If you said YES to any of those, I invite you to apply for our 1:1 Nutrition Therapy and Counseling program or our 1:1 Nutrition Coaching program.
We provide nutrition therapy and counseling to residents of GA, FL, CA, VA, AZ, NY, NJ, HI, TX, CT, MA, PA, CO, WV, WI, IN, WA, OK, VT, OR, & MI. We provide nutrition coaching to anyone worldwide.
We are passionate about working with people who want to find freedom within their relationships with food and body. We take a non-diet and health-focused (versus weight-focused) approach to nutrition therapy & counseling. We address all aspects of my clients’ health – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
How it works...

Depending on our clients’ needs, we provide nutrition therapy (both individual & family-based), fluid meal planning, nutrition education, meal- and snack-time support, intuitive eating and exercise tools, nutrition tracking, as well as self-care tools clients can use for the rest of their lives.
We also provide the option to incorporate yoga, breathing and other meditation and mindfulness techniques into our sessions. We believe these are valuable tools to help clients regulate their nervous systems, and get and stay connected to their best teachers and nutritionists — their bodies.

Our intention is to compassionately support our clients in finding freedom from food & body issues, so they can live full and vibrant lives, aligned with their true core values.
We provide our clients self-care tools and nutrition guidance to help them fully trust their bodies, and uncover their intuitive abilities to nourish themselves for the rest of their lives — in a sustainable and joyful way.

Whole Self Nutrition team member
Tori became passionate about food and nutrition when she began to see it as an opportunity to pursue wholeness. As someone who struggled with her own journey to health and got tied up in diet culture trends, she loves to help clients experience the true joy and freedom that comes from letting go of diet culture and learning to truly nourish their bodies.
Tori is excited to help people understand nutrition in order to create fulfilling lifestyle habits. She combines evidence-based nutrition counseling with a passion for helping others to develop healthy relationships with food, body and nutrition. Tori meets clients wherever they are on their own journeys to help them find wholeness.

Tori holds a master of science in nutrition and also works in an eating disorder treatment facility. She is comprehensively trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
Other than working with clients, Tori loves to adventure with her pup Kelvin finding new trails to hike and new places to eat. On the weekends, you can find them on a nice patio with live music. She also enjoys getting crafty in the kitchen and making dishes of her own.

"Providing virtual nutrition counseling with Whole Self has been one of the most rewarding developments in my personal and professional life thus far. I adore being able to blend my nutrition background, counseling skills, and passion for people to help clients navigate the harder moments, while also getting to celebrate the wins. And through it all, I get to continue to explore and strengthen my own relationships with body and mind alongside them. I couldn’t be more thankful to have found a practice full of providers and clients who work together seamlessly to create a person centered environment for healing." - Sydney

Meet Taylor!

Registered & Licensed Dietitian,
Whole Self Nutrition team member

Taylor is an easy going and compassionate person who, growing up, always knew she wanted to help others. As someone who has previously been immersed in diet culture, she was inspired to become a registered dietitian to show her clients and patients there is another way to live and care for themselves. Her mission is to help others also consumed by diet culture and support them as they explore their own food freedom journey.
Sessions with Taylor include individualized nutrition counseling backed by the latest nutrition related research. She is rooted firmly in HAES (health at every size) and believes it is possible for everyone to have a healthy relationship with food.
Taylor has a bachelors of science in nutrition and food science, and also works at an eating disorder treatment facility at the inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization (PHP) levels of care.
Away from the office, Taylor enjoys hiking and reading a good book by the lake. She loves traveling to new places whenever she gets the chance and trying local cuisine from the new cities she explores!
